Olivia
Olivia is a Vinyasa Flow teacher who loves to bring creativity and intention to her sequences. Her classes are designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and find space to reconnect with you body and mind - a chance to shut out the outside world and be fully present in the moment.

Sophie
Sophie’s classes offer a gentle invitation back to yourself—to soften, listen and reconnect with your own quiet wisdom. With clear, grounded guidance and space to move at your own pace, she encourages you to tune into your body and breath to settle into presence. Letting go of “shoulds” and honouring how the practice feels, with light threads of philosophy to support everyday life, time with Sophie becomes a chance to feel grounded, curious and more at home in yourself, on and off the mat. Her Flow & Restore classes blend gentle flowing movement with restorative stillness, leaving you centred, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
Emma
Emma began practising yoga regularly in 2015. Back then, she was a very different person to today. She was stressed, overwhelmed and had been suffering with chronic back pain for a long time. Yoga and mindfulness helped her to build strength and flexibility back into her body, then her mind. She was hooked pretty much immediately and has since found that yoga is beneficial to all parts of her life.
She is now qualified in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Menopause Yoga.
Emma's classes focus on engagement with the body, moving mindfully, and taking nourishing rest. They are a lot of fun and there is never any pressure to join in if it doesn't feel good for you. She will meet you with kindness and empathy, but challenge you when you need it - empowering you to prioritise yourself.
